Jurong area very difficult to find FL because there is no budget hotel to do the deed. That's why Jurong is relatively cleaner than places like Kovan. If you know Jurong well, you will know that there are a lot of Malaysian workers and PRs from PRC living in Jurong and Boon Lay area now.

If a budget hotel ever appears (say in tuas, jurong, boon lay or even lim chu kang cemetery area near ntu), I tell you... This area will bloom with sleaze 10 times more than Kovan. So if I ever get a franchise to open a budget hotel, I will surely aim for Jurong. Open 1 near the prawning place. Quite a distance from residential area and overlooking the lake. Lots of free car parks.

The FLs that will use this place will likely be the Malaysian ladies from Boon Lay and PRCs living in Jurong West. In the day, got customers working in Tuas or nearby coming for quickie. At night, I will have customers like hawkers waiting to buy fresh vegetable or fish from Jurong Port Road. Sure earn big bucks. And Jurong had always been a PAP stronghold, so surely no over-zealous MP trying to crack down on vice to win votes.
