Lucky you,picked a girl from Gold Bird. In my opinion this is one of Batam's most stable joint. Dont worry about not being able to bargain down the price from Gold Bird,cos even the most experience bros will find it hard to bring down the price.Believe me, i studied all OKT's characteristic in nearly all the booking joints i visit and the hardest nut to crack is none other than from Gold Bird. Its the only joint that even i have to come out with many tactics to bring down its price,worse than Permata Indah's mami. Chinese speaking SYT in Gold bird usually cost 1 mill and up,so its fair from a newbie's perspective. You visited other joints,you should see their pricing versus girl quality to understand...hehehe...
There is no mistake on this part in anyway. The way i see it,you tried to bargain and you are lucky that you failed.

Is there a name of the place where you eat? How much did you pay for the food? If its not a substantially big amount,then it should not be a bad one. One of the guys in one of my much older newbie group trips got pulled off by the girl from my group to windsor food court for dinner which cost him more than 700k for 2 pax (him and his girl only). If wifi is essential for your stay,in future you can always request the receptionist to get you a room with stronger wifi signal. Corner room are usually bigger room,sometime big enough to fit in more furnitures...err...well...more choice of area to bonk around?

Ok,when its time to check out,which is usually 12pm,and if you didnt inform the receptionist in advance for a late check out,this kind of things do happen from time to time becos the housekeeping guy/lady didnt know if there is anyone in the room,so they just step in to make up your room w/o touching your personal belonging.
Solution : Put a
Do Not Disturb sign outside the door knob in future to inform them not to make up your room or better still ,inform reception of your late check out. I will do both tho,hehehe...kiasu ma...lol.

If only you stayed in Formosa,massage places during that point of time are just within small walking distance away. Relax Massage for foot reflexology by men,a stone throw away? Nagoya Spa and massage,1.5 stone throw away. King massage whether for foot or body is only a phone call away,hehehe...not forgetting Linda Massage and Bridge massage are just round the corner within 1 or 1.5 stone throw away too.
