I ever receive warning twice. both encounters with two WLs in SG. I msg them when they hv return to vn, and in msg reply to me that they r the gals husbands. Just can't figure out that their husbands still allow them to work as WLs in SG.

I thk this is vietnamese culture that their hubby allow them to be screw by other man as long as they bring back income to them to spend or to find other gal to screw. In my opinion most viet men r idling in VN, and depend on the gals to bring back the income.

a) If rom with ur gf must rom in both side r
if oli in vietnam can apply her to spore?

b) if oli rom in vietnam can apply her to be in spore?

c) rom in vietnam need bk date or nt?

d) my gf going back on end of oct if i went rom with her in vietnam on nov will she be coming with me together using the rom cert.

e)as kwing her hmtwn is 6hr away fr captial if i go 3 day able to settle rom with her?

I got an experience with that too. The gal husband call me and ask if i am the one sending sms to his gal. Then he tell me how bad his gal is e.g. lying to him that she does not call or contact her customers in sg etc... He also tell me not to sms his gal anymore and starts giving me all kind of threats...

Very angry sia as I call the gal to ask if she is available when i go for a working trip and at the same time can get her to accompany too.. So tell the guy off. If he wants to find me, come to SG FOR ALL MEANS and I will waiting for him.... up till now, no SMS liao...

When you ROM with her in VN, it does not "officially" indicate her status and relationship with you in the eyes of ICA. It may help her cross the SG custom with better chance, but that's about it. I haven't made my ROM in VN yet so I dun know the leadtime. Ultimately I believe the gal is gonna stay with you in SG so no matter what plan you have do gives piority to SG first, as simply commented by bro Sha_Gua75.

It sounds to me you are trying to "lock down" her marital status first before yours, if those Qns are from you.

Not exactly all of them, but those that are, it seems that their society are not so critical about it, and with the female being more deperate to care for the family so took the initiative to work, it sort of gives the male a reason to be less worried for the family expenses. Chain of reaction.....

But what makes me shocked is that the male can simply walk away from a pregnant gf or a family with children and there is not much the female can do about it. Adding to that, while the males are free to f*ck around and impregnant a female, their society taboos them from marrying a single parent female or non-virgin. I would feel that in VN, male is still so much superior to female, to the extent of being unreasonable.

Bro,

(a) Vietnamese marriage certificate is recognised in Singapore, but you must send the marriage cert for translation by Vietnamese Notary Public

(b) ROM in either country will do. You only need to ROM in one country. After ROM in Vietnam, bring her to Singapore and apply for LTSVP for her. Whether she can stay for long will depend on your ability to sponsor her.

(c) you think vietnam like spore huh? 4 days want to ROM? You need to meet the province officers a few times before they will issue you the marriage certificate. First time, both of you must register your intention to get married . A few days later, the officer will send a letter to your gf's house to invite her and you to come for interview. At interview, the officer will meet both of you seperately to determine if this is a real marriage. After the interview, yr gal have to wait for the government's letter for another date to go sign on the marriage papers.All these are provided every interview is smooth going. Even if yr gal is from the city, the procedure is still the same.

(d) ROM to back date? U think u are the government huh? There's saying In vietnam that `Anything can be done in Vietnam as long as you have the money and know the right people'. If you have the money and know the right people, then any document can back date.
Why not you marry in Singapore? Its so much easier, unless yr gf is barred from entering Singapore. If yr gal is barred from entering Spore, marriage papers will not allow her to come in also.

Bro, u are not correct on this this. The VN marriage cert is recognised in by ICA as long as its translated into english and certified by the Vietnamese Notary Public. I can verify this as my wife has gotten PR initially with this and now Singapore Citizenship. Even if ROM in Singapore but the husband is not able to attain the LTSVP for the viet wife, the viet wife also cannot stay. ROM in singapore doesn't ensure that the viet lady can stay.

If you go to Vietnam often, then you must be quite wary of DEATH THREADS from local vietnamese. In vietnam, anything can be done. With money, anyone can cause hurt to the other party. But if you do not go vietnam at all, then do not worry about the DEATH THREAD.
