Would like to post my first report on a recent trip to Macau and Zhuhai, first time mongering in zhuhai and a good 4-5 years since i last tasted the delights of Macau's finest. The first part of this post covers Zhuhai and the second part will be posted in the " for Macau spa Lovers thread"
Day 1 I took the flight from KL to Macau Friday afternoon. KNN, Airasia flight delayed by 1 hour. Arrived in Macau at 8.30 and tried to get a bus from the airport to gongbei guan but found out the buses had stopped already. Hopped in a taxi and went straight to the zhuhai border to meet my friend who was waiting for me on the other side. On the way got a a glimpse of Macau, the landscape has totally changed since the last time i was here. All the new casino's have defnitely made an impact on this place bigtime. Met up with my friend and called up my contact in zhuhai to check where I our hotel was and went to check in. Nice hotel "kai di ke" if i remember correctly RMB300 for the night. Defnitely worth a visit.
