Yes , the suana allow you to sleep for a few hours as you,ve already pay for the entry fee.
Usually , i checked out at the hotel by 12pm , and good to 18 suana at golden dragon for the last "massage" , and stay till i board my flight at taipa airport.
You should try 18 suana and there a few good ones in macao.

All saunas give you 24 hour access if you choose a girl. You can sleep in the relaxation areas on the recliners at all of them. I'm not too fond of that because it can be quite loud, with people smoking, etc... until quite late.

A few saunas like 18, East Spa, Beverly have quiet sleeping rooms meant only for sleeping - no smoking or talking (though always have someone annoying decides to talk on their cell phone). Sometimes these fill up if you party too late - then just sleep in relaxation area. If anyone has more saunas with dedicated sleeping areas in addition to those above I'd be glad to hear it Last time I asked, Sanado and Rio don't seem to have sleeping rooms.

I believe 18 would be a better place to slp a wink cause
Its much more grand then other saunas.trying to make a decision
Between 18/sanado/east spa becase i dunno if i have time
To try 2 or 3 sauna

That,s very simple, how many days will be staying in macao only(not to mention travelling to zhuhai)?
day 1- grand waldo spa
day 2- darlings spa(mostly thailand gals during my last exp)
day3-Rio spa
day 4- east spa
day 5 -dong fang spa
day 6- golden dragon(favourite but prices a bit steep, amt spent is almost like spore hc standard and depends on the package but quality better than spore)

Out of these 6 spa , you choose , there are some minor spa but dunno the quality how nowadays?

T macau for 1 day only and not going to zh this time round so time is tight
And so i need to go one sauna that is worth it

Take your pick either golden dragon or waldon spa.
1.Waldon spa- is more spectacular and more relaxed , qualities of service and gals im not sure nowadays as i nvr been there for 4 mths.

2.golden dragon spa-quality and service top notch..but price a bit steep..

one more advise , you may leave your luggage at the hotel baggage rm and go for your sleep before you board flight and return to your hotel to collect luggage when you are about to leave.

most suana in macao is worthy , better than singapore.

oh yes ... it brings back memories when we hang out at the cabana stalls and sian the gals .... and the LHL angels will come and pester u to take them back to hotel for ST .... those were the days ...
