Thanks for the info.. What do you mean buy from hk? Was thinking of buying my ticket to Macau first then maybe only go the spa and look see look see... Go apa itself so expensive already? Damn it's more than double the price compared to hongkong man..

1) I'm going via the central port.. How do I identify the coupon sellers?
2) which would u guys recommend for first timer? I want those grand ones with show but am planning to leave Macau back to hk by 5-6.. Will there be any show at 1-4pm?
3) based on your comments, seems like sanado and 18 is the preffered choice? Anyone can advice on the package? Buy coupon from hk?

18 has by far the more caucasians. I've never seen one at East Spa or Sanado. There might be one or two at most. But overall, most caucasians in Macau are only so-so, Europe is a way better place for them. Oh, Darling has a few caucasians - none were very attractive to me, but you might get lucky.

If you think Macau is expensive, well... it is. I think people are misunderstanding what "coupon" means - it's more like "voucher" than a coupon. It's only cheaper in the sense that you are getting ferry tix + additional services. Anyway, I think they are around 3rd floor or so of Central ferry terminal - you can't miss the agents selling the sauna coupons - there are posters of women all around the shops.

they are opened 24hrs, but most girls work either from 4pm to 4am or 7pm to 7am. most guys spend the time in saunas sleeping to save on hotel costs.

I have been looking at other forums as well for research , I saw there is a Rio sauna that apparently has the best facilities and not just Darling 1 but Darling 2 as well.

The last mention of Rio was way back and it was a review. Can't find much Darling 2.

Anyone can share experiences plus where are these found?

I've been to Rio a few times. The facilities are pretty nice - the pool and chairs, etc... No sleeping room when I asked though - think you have to sleep in the rest area. For "showtime" - there will be a parade of girls (maybe 4 or 5) walking through the rest area and ringing a bell. You follow them, pied piper style, up to the next floor and into a small room. There might be a strip show (Russian usually) and then the girls all come in for lineup like everywhere else and you choose. I found Rio to be a bit pricey, and girls selection not quite as good as 18. There is a heavy ratio of "models" to "normal" girls, so prices kinda jacked up (models being more expensive than normal of course). I've had a really good experience there and some so so experiences. Beware, they will try to sell you an extra thin condom and cartons of milk for bathing, that's all extra. Prices range from roughly 1900 hkd for normal girl and 2200 hkd for models.

I'm a frequent customer at darling 1 - but only heard in passing of Darling 2. Supposedly it's further out of the way, and girl quality is less (older, less attractive), but it's supposed to be cheaper, and some people say the girls provide even better quality because they have to make up for lack of looks. I will look into it one of these days

Agree with this - the saunas have skeleton crews doing the odd morning shift (6am to noon) but probably don't expect more than 3 or 4 girls to choose from at those times. At Sanado, 1pm is usually when the next "shift" starts, then more come at 3pm and 5pm. At 18, was told 6-7pm is when the bulk of girls start working.

At Darling, 3pm is the magic hour when the China girls show up. Models start showing up at 4pm and Europeans show up at 5pm there, though some will always be coming early or a little late (just talked to mamasan today!)

Uh oh, didn't mean to post 3 times in a row, but missed some of these questions earlier.

(2) 18 is always good for a first timer because of how many girls are there. Avoid Friday and Sat nights though, that place is crazy packed and you will feel like the pretty girls are the last fresh fish at a busy wet market.

East Spa/Sanado is a good alternative, but way fewer girls and almost all PRC/china look. You're unlikely to get a show from 1 to 4pm at Sanado or East Spa. Showtimes only happen when there are crowds, usually 5-6pm+. At those times, you will just have to call papasan for lineup.

I honestly don't know how 18 works at off times, I've only been there from 5pm to 3am or so and there are always shows, but don't know what they do before then. I'd guess they also call out a lineup in the pool area.

Rio might be OK also.

(3) Usual Sanado/East Spa package includes something like round trip ferry, 1 hour sex with "normal" girl (top up for models) and some various extras, like foot and head massage, and bb shower (where you get a scrub down from a prc working girl + 30 second blowjob).

18 coupon gets you round trip ferry, 1 hr sex with normal girl (top up for almost all the girls though - like "versatile" category, models, europeans, koreans, etc...), and a scrub down by the relatively unattractive ladies hanging out by the pool. Most of them will offer to finish you off by hand, but unless you can go again relatively soon, it's not worth it - like going to a buffet and filling up on white rice.

A quick review of the saunas I've been to:

Rio: It has a great pool in a completely different league than the other saunas. The food is fairly good, although you get it served on very small trays, and have to order alot if you want to get full. The chairs and furnitures are excellent. If you want to upgrade your choise of girl from standard to model, you have to pay 500 more iirc. Something like 3/4 of the girls are model category, so it is a bit of a ripoff (Rio = RIp Off). I found a gorgeous girl there last month from harbin who gave me amazing service. But apart from her (she was a 9 or 9.5), I'd say most of the girls there have had some plastic surgery to their face, and although some might say they look great, I'd give them just an 8 at max. The girls at the pool are all bad looking. About 50-60 girls work here.

Emperor: I like the manager. He is a great guy. The pool is pretty bad, but there is one or two cute girls by the pool who can give you nice bb baths. The masseuses at Emperor are the prettiest in Macau saunas. The girl selection at showtime is pretty awful, although there used to be a few sexy girls there last year. They were all away (on vacation) last time I was there. Perhaps I was unlucky. Perhaps they are gone. The price is cheap here compared to Rio. The food is pretty bad unless you order something you pay extra for. Due to all this, I would suggest you check out this place without a coupon, to see if you find a girl that you like. Worst case, you can just have a massage or two from the nice hot masseusees here if the girls at showtime doesn't live up to your expectations. About 50-60 girls work here. PS: the hottest girl I ever had in macau was a girl here. viet girl. So I wouldn't write this place off even though the average standard is lower than some other saunas.

18 Sauna: 100-120 girls at showtime. Some of them have worked there for several years. Others are brand new. Every month it seems they have at least 10 new girls, so you will allways find at least 2-3 girls of your liking. I have some 5-6 favourites. Sometimes they are in the mainland on vacation though, but usually come back. The masseuses are old, but one or two of them knows how to do a thigh massage. The rest are awful, so perhaps ask someone there who knows them who the best masseuses are. The food is great here, so I allways eat alot when I go here. Try the porkchop. Its great. One of teh showergirls are nice too.. Small thai girl. Cute one. The sleeproom is quite bad, and I sometimes get a lack of sleep when I'm here. That is the strongest negative I have on this sauna.This is the place to go if you are new to macau saunas simply because of the selection of girls and good food. Showtime at 18 starts at 14.00 or perhaps even 13.00, and every hour untill 05.00 or even 06.00 sometimes. if alot of customers they have showtime every 30-35 minutes, so if a girl is picked during one swohtime, she won't be there at the next one. Waiting cas suck, but if your honey got snatched before your very eyes by someone else, you're better off waiting for her. Picking a girl that you regret is a misstake you don't want to make. Normally the girls there work from 15.00 to 00.00, 18.00 to 03.00 and from 20.00 to 05.00. But they are not that strict on the workhours it seems, and some girls come both early and stay late. Some are also late for work, although I'm not sure if they get fined then. 9 hours is standard, and there will be more and more girls untill a peak at around 22.00 or 23.00. After that some will leave.

East Spa: Here the food is great. They sometimes are low on food, and may run out of the best dishes. This is a bad sign, and lousy service, but I guess we have to live with it. Perhaps if alot here can complain about it to their manager, it will improve. If you buy a coupon with a girl session included, don't buy the cheapest coupon. Take the one for 100hkd more with the thigh massage or queen style bathing included. It is worth is, as the other massages aren't as good. Worthy of note here is that there is a lack of showtime's here. Most days mid week there might be just 3. Weekends might have as many as 6 or 7. However, the place is so small that during the weekends, then main lounge might be full, so they send you to the other room downstairs, and there are no showtime there, so you don't want to end up in that situation. If you plan to stay just for a few hours, I'd recommend comming mid week when there are fewer customers. The quality of the girls are very high here in general, and highest average score on the girls out of the saunas I've been to. There are only about 30-35 girls working here, but you won't be disappointed.

FYI, the vast majority of shows at East Spa go on in the main room, but just this weekend I was pleasantly surprised that there are showtimes in the second side room too. The first side room (with TVs) is a resting only room and I don't think shows there, but the one further down does have showtimes if it's busy enough (Saturday night). Agree service on weekend is very slow and they run out of common foods like pork chops, watermelon, etc...

Sanado and East Spa are under the same management, and some girls from East Spa will work at Sanado and vice versa. Overall, you'll probably find East Spa better than Sanado, but Sanado is cheaper and has its own charm.

Darling is great - the girls have the best training and highest consistent level of service in my experience.

Oh, I have ended up in the first side room every time that has been the case with me then. Didn't notice there was another room further down. Good to know!

Yes, I had one girl at 18 Sauna that had just worked for a year at Darling 1 a few months ago. Her service was great. Didn't see her again last time I was in macau and 18. Perhaps she went back to D1. If all the other girls in D1 has that good attitude, it bounds well! Viet girl with a big smile. You should know who it is

That's a great list of the most popular saunas in Macau. These are the die-die must-try ones. But note that Darling 1 is not a sauna, it is a straightforward fuckshop without the food, sleeping and shifu kung facilities. Girl quantity and service is tops here and hard to beat.

Then there is the can-try category. Girl quality + quantity and sauna facilities are ok but cannot match the best. But still worth a try because there are still more hits than misses and the prices are not as expensive as the A-listers especially overpriced Rio. In this list are: Supreme, Golden, Excellent, Familia Nobre, Victoria, Hou Va etc. Supreme has probably the best russian/uzbek lineup in macau. And quite often one can find rare gems here, here is one I absolutely loved:


Finally there is the die-also-must-never-try saunas. If you've never heard of Beverly or Windsor, there are good reasons why! Enter them only at your own risk!

Heh, I tried Beverly exactly once. No one here ever talks about it but it was damn crowded (full of old Hongkies and PRCs I think). Facilities seem like they came straight out of an 80s TVB show. Had a variety of girls available, PRCs, Thais, Viets, Korean, Russians and one they said was japanese. They weren't that bad looking actually, but looked bored - total opposite of the Darling eye contact/smiles. I picked the Japanese, even though I knew she was probably fake - I think she was a mongolian or korean from her accent. Service was pretty poor compared to elsewhere. Definitely not up to standard for Macau. Agree - don't recommend anyone try it.
