I operate on the principle of ONLY striking back when being struck, but I guess Jabba AND some of his enablers, are like you say, too damn stupid to leave things well enough alone. It’s probably karma if he and his enablers gets in a pickle, but I’d hate to see innocent guys who had just partied/associated with them become collateral damage.

This should be the way to do it. No upfronts you won't remember who paid and who hasn't, especially if the organizer KOs himself. Ay, CP-styled ktvs are but a distant memory.

今日（20日）下午4点，澳门特区政府新闻发言人办公室召开记者会，公布澳（门）珠（海）口岸新的通关安排 计划，将从2014年12月18日凌晨开始实行。其中，横琴口岸（澳门莲花口岸）实行24小时通关，对象为 旅客和旅游车辆，不包括货车；珠澳跨境工业区专用口岸零时至7时临时向社会开放，对象为劳务人员、学生和澳 门居民，不包括自驾小车和客车；拱北口岸（澳门关闸）在早晚各延迟通关一小时，即每天06:00开关，次日 01：00闭关，货物通关时间维持现状。

24小时通关早被写入粤澳合作框架协议。有官员称，2011年国家领导人在北京见证该协议的签署，今年12 月份又将有国家领导人到澳门出席回归15周年等活动，今年是较好的契机来启动24小时通关。

在今年9月份，竞选成功获连任的崔世安赴京。国家领导人会见崔世安时，崔明确提出缓解拱北口岸压力，24小 时通关的问题。有业内人士称，解除通关过程中种种难题，其解决之道还是深化改革，向改革要红利 。

横琴口岸下月实行24小时通关

澳门特区政府收到国家口岸办批复，批准上述三个口岸在下月启动新的通关措施。据介绍，其中横琴口岸改变最大 。

横琴口岸经过莲花大桥与澳门的莲花口岸相连，旅客须乘车方能过桥。目前横琴口岸设出入境边防检查通道共24 条，其中货车入出境通道各3条，客车入出境通道各2条，旅客出境信道8条,入境信道6条。横琴口岸通关时间 为：8：00--20：00，其中旅客和客运车辆为9：00--20：00。

试行新的措施后，横琴口岸将新增至数十条信道，旅客出入境信道和车辆出入境信道均翻倍。有业内人士预计，2 4小时开放后，横琴口岸将成为旅游巴等载客车辆的首选，客流将大增。尤其是澳门单牌车辆出入横琴的办法已由 省公安厅制定初稿，预计明年实施。因此，横琴口岸大楼扩建了很多空间，包括用于车辆和人员出入境的通道。有 也业内人士预计，因为乘客人员增多，横琴口岸日后旅客通道将比目前更为拥挤，车道的车辆更会激 增。

从横琴出入澳门的普通旅客再也不用担心吃了闭门羹，但是仍要注意莲花大桥上的穿梭巴士。分别由内地岐关车路 有限公司（电话8688268 8688688），和澳门公共汽车有限公司（电话00853-28850060）经营。收费每位3元，澳门币、港币、人民币均适用。目前通关期间每日早上9时至晚上8时 。上述公司暂未公布24小时通关后新的班次，旅客届时出行前可先电话查询。

另据悉，横琴口岸将来会有涵盖了两地轻轨的大型综合体，而目前的口岸仅属于过渡期。澳门轻轨至横琴年内动工 ，将在新的口岸综合体接驳，故新的口岸综合体也将很快动工。

拱北口岸：早晚各延关一个小时

各界预期的另一个口岸措施是拱北口岸延迟通关。现在公布的早晚各延迟通关一个小时，从07:0 0-24:00开关，改为每天06:00开关，次日01：00闭关。

作为珠澳第一大口岸，也是全国客流量最大的口岸，拱北口岸目前的联检大楼、出入境通道、设备等均能满足延迟 通关的需要。

有业内人士称，针对澳门高官所关注的上下班关口压力问题，拱北口岸集中体现在清晨。目前拱北口岸07:00 ——24:00开放，但06:00已有不少澳门外雇排队，07:00前口岸广场外更是拥挤不堪，拱北警方甚 至处理过非法霸位倒卖的行为。由赴澳上班、上学带来的高峰期持续要近09:00方能舒缓。提前到06:00 开放，对于在珠海居住的澳门外雇、澳人、澳门学生等等，都将带来出行利好消息。

而延迟到次日凌晨1点才闭关，对于赴澳游客、商务人士等等出行将带来便利。

Sorry, I don't get what you mean.

I thought that visa runs are for foreigners needing to exit China and come back in to get their 30/60 days stay in China renewed; so what do you mean "They can stay long long in Zhuhai?"

Also, is Macau/Zhuhai a good frontier for visa runs? Seems like it's rather out of the way for this/most prefer to do it via the Hong Kong/Shenzhen ones.
