i spoke to both AH Gwee and Garrick and they told me they don't turn away customer (aka Money) and i am sure these are your speculation. i believe it is more of the WL rejecting customer and both OKT just see no reason to force it down her throat...

As for Garrick case, he doesn't like to entertain people as most come in to see see look look and ask silly question after reading from the forum. It's the same for Ah gwee except he doesn't show it in his face

If you said I am speculating, it goes to show that you are still rather green. Sorry to say you are not in the league yet as far as GL mechanics is concern. However, no hard feeling. This is no big deal.

P/S: Am not saying OKT would ban those who asked silly questions. OKT would indirectly ban those who create trouble for his business and/or his WL. I have already given you some real life examples of what constitutes a ban above.
