I agree it's case-by-case basis.... what I observed is that, those paying by CCs, normally don't pay "a little gesture" to the waitress in charge of your room.

ya... if pay by cc... normal give to the waiter or waitress tips directly.. cos if charge to the cc.. think the waiter or waitress will never get it.. just go to the boss...

Anyway it's a never-ending-story on debating the amount of tips to the MM servicing you. What I can say is that, if the ger received whatever amount you dished to her, w/o her whining or KPKBing at the amount.... that it's fine.

bros, tip or not tip for xiao mei is up to us (the customer).
as some bros already said, those tissues, fruits and service charges is also part of the extras....
if we find the services given is good, then it is alright to give a small +++en.
normally i give a $10 tip to xiao mei, whether high, middle or low class ktv.

I would agree with this. Most KTVs even if the mummy's service is so-so, we still normally give about $50.

For those waitress in BS, $10 - $20 is really quite okay but definitely not more than that.

In JC KTV, the waitress pay package are :

$500 basic salary a month
$1 commission on one plate of fruit served to customer.

They roughly made around $900~$1,000 a month excluding personal tips from customers. Excluding CPF contribution too cos they are malaysians on work permits & their KTV bosses don't pay them CPF ..

For mi, $2 tips is just nice for them while $10 is too much liao

Orh Bro.... what type of services you want from BS waitress, maybe can forward to BS Idol or BS Prince, who will in turn highlight to the mgmt.

So far they are okie in service lah, although not as customer-oriented, but what the heck do I need from them, especially in the infamous commandos infested KTV?

Well, a certain waitress I know will regularly intro new meimei to the kakis I go with. Just last week I know a certain bro here was intro a very nice meimei by her. So nice that he pass down order that she cannot be touch.

Wrong!
The max should be whatever you are willing to pay, not a cent more. If you don't feel like tipping, then don't tip. They're the employees of BS... if BS cannot take care of their own employees, why the hell should you?

Tipping the waitress should NEVER be mandatory. Period.
