Re: ShangHai Recommendation!
Dear Bro Shengge,
Just to clarify, I'm not one of those cheated by XiaoLongNuus before.. I'm not that rich to begin with.. hahaha.. so I'll always be humble... When I first started out, I always know the limit I have to "spend".. after which, its good-bye time. The statement was note made by me.. but by the Shanghainese girl.. I merely report what I heard. The dangers of the emotional traps I know very well... almost drowned... luckily, I have a strong supporting cast that brought me back from the dead. It was not easy... I made strong statements because that is what I strongly believe. And like I have said many a times, everyone is entitled to have their own views and the strength of each person's belief differs. Certain things I hold more neutral opinions and certain issues, stronger stand points. It's natural for anyone to do that, right? Like I have confessed, I'm not a veteran... which may be the reason for my strong (stronger than some brother might be able to stamach) statements as maybe I have not been through enough to see "the other side". So, I beg some brothers to bear with me... my opinions are from my own (myopic perhaps) views and experiences... and don't take it to heart if it contradicts your stand points. I apologise if I have antagonized any brothers out there. Please accept my humble and sincere apologies... 大哥们!小弟刚刚出道,如有冒犯的地方,请您大人有大量,多多原谅! Shanghaitan |

Re: ShangHai Recommendation!
Bro game10199,
Thank you for sharing. I enjoy your post greatly and glad that you had a wonderful time in Shanghai. Dalian ladies are generally quite fair, and are generally not very tall. They can be lookers. The only thing is the way they talk, not foul words, but the tune and the pitch at times. But this is nothing wrong as people in different regions of China do speak differently. RMB 1400 is exorbitant, moreover, it is near mid-night. Do continue to share with brothers here. I am an old man now, and hence no more juicy experience and encounters like you have, but can only post sad stories. Sigh.... With best regards

Re: ShangHai Recommendation!
Hi Bro PTR,
Don't be melancholic... Sad stories do happen (after a while...when one starts to realise the truth behind the facades), but I'm sure when you first came over to China, you must have been full of anticipation and excitement. Those were the days when the FRs were filled with wild women and great pleasures! Do tell us more about those encounters as well... hehe.. that would be the good 'ole days stories.. As for me.. I think I've learnt all my lessons the hard way... now I tend to stick mainly will be those P-A-F relationships... Maybe in order to get into my head or heart again, it will need a trojan horse with Brad Pitt hidden inside... hahahahaha On hindsight, $$ losses can be easily recovered if realised early... like a disease, early detection is the key.... but emotional ones brings great pains not just to oneself but oftentimes to the families as well. The worst kind are those $$ plus emotional relationships. No win-win situations... Looking forward to hear about your past "adventures" as well as your learned advices.... Once again, I wish to apologise to all brothers whom I have infuriated with my remarks.. not intentional.. just personal opinions.. Cheers! Shanghaitan |

When I first came to China, there was no internet, let alone FR's. Like you said it correctly, I have learnt the hard way. There was no handphone with roaming serviceavailable at that time, hence communication is really a problem. Handphone then was only reserved for the selected few. You want to hear about my juicy stories? I will try to remember some and share with you all. But, as I have said, I post because I want to share with brothers here and to warn them on the possible pitfalls, but not to talk about glorious past. I will post some if one day, I am free and have the feeling to re-collect my sweeter moments.... if any With best regards

Re: ShangHai Recommendation!
Hi Brother PuTongTen,
If you're re=collecting sweet memories, just put a disclaimer at the start and end of it... The reason why I suggest inputing some "jucier" stories is so that brothers who are following this thread for "lobangs" and other forms of gratifications will not be bored or put off by the negativities that people like myself tends to write. :P Personally, I rarely cheong nowadays perhaps I have "grown" out of it... even those P-A-Fs are few and very far between. hahahaha... maybe I'm getting old.... Anyway, hope we can meet up some day. I still have so much to learn from gurus like yourself! Hope you have fun in Kunming... never been there but heard that it is a very serene place... Cheerio! Re: ShangHai Recommendation!
Dear Bro Shanghaitan,
Juicy stories? Like you, I rarely go to KTV, never go to Barber Shops nor Factory, very seldom go to HC nowaday. My stories would be very very out-dated. I wonder whether the information is up-to-date. My sweeter memory is mostly with those ladies not working in the aforesaid joints. Some which young chamber maids, some with office ladies, one with the assistant to my friend's company (pretending to learn Shanghainese), some with attractive waitresses in restaurants, and a little bit from counter-girls at different establishments. These story will not give good lobangs to brothers here. I do know some good joints due to entertainment requirements. I am into tea appreciation, and hope that one day I could be with one of the tea ladies whose mouth is so sensous (Bro Tsuyoyi cannot take his eyes from her mouth when we were there a few times). My juicy stories are only good for bed-time reading. I am not sure whether they are useful here. I shall see about it. In fact, I have more con-stories than sweet stories. I guess I am not handsome enough. If I could get some juicy stories from Kunming, I will definitely post for people to see. I did post one in the Chongqing/Chengdu thread about places in these two places. I also post in Beijing thread. My $15.02 worth (thanks to ultra88man and somebody99 who gave me $5 and $10 through POSB, respectively)

Re: ShangHai Recommendation!
Hello Bro Putonren, Shanghaitan, Shengge and all...
Wow, didn't expect my comments to invite so many responses. Please don't get me wrong. I am totally for the idea of being EXTREMELY careful. Probably because I have strong personal feelings for the country itself, it's more disturbing for me to hear negative comments about it, although I myself often complain about the generally low quality of Chinese people. Like the novellist 柏杨 called them "丑陋的中国人". (Yes I'm very Cheena). And how sad... *sigh* I totally agree with being careful. And it's really good for us to see our brothers warning us and keeping us on our toes. Keep up the good work! I'm not as active as many of you when it comes to having fun in China, really have much to learn from you guys. But I've had bad experiences myself on many occasions, not just with girls, but with people in every imaginable profession. My first trip to China was a backpack trip 14 years ago. Travelled around many parts of the country and I was so wary at that time I didn't dared to tell people whom I meet that I'm a foreigner. When someone asked, I would say I'm from Hainan, my origin. And still I was ripped off by trishaw riders, hotel staff.. etc, but Hey! there were also many genuine people whom I just bumped into and helped me alot along the way, and we remained close friends until today. To be continued.. |

Re: ShangHai Recommendation!
The "sweeping" statement comment was not my main point and of course not directed at Bro Putonren. Everyone makes sweeping statements, including myself. Like I always go, "Americans are liars"... or "中国人的素质就是差!" My actual point is so that we should not be too disillusioned with the place. The girls we are talking about here probably only make up 0.01% of the population, and they seem very loud. So loud that we might be overwhelmed, as most people remember the bad things you've done and forget the good deeds you ever performed. (trying to clarify my maths, which is why I said 99.99% of the remainder WHO are not in such profession)
Agree with Shanghaitan too that some girls think having a foreign boyfriend etc. means they are superior... but these things happen even in Singapore. And again, there are girls who would never want to go out with foreigners or don't buy Japanese products... |

Re: ShangHai Recommendation!
Part3...
I'm in Europe myself, which is why most of you guys are sleeping when I post and when I wake up there'll be much to read. I have a friend from China who told me she was accompanying some other friends for lunch and took salad from the salad bar anyway since nobody knew if she paid for it. I told her not to do it again, simply because if she's caught, the locals would not say "This person... ", but would jump into the comment, "That day one CHINESE girl...", and she would be giving the country a bad name. Like bro Putonren said, it's important to keep an open mind. So I just hope that brothers here while staying careful (which is VERY important especially when you are abroad!!) do not portray the country with the small group of loud women who give their country a bad name. There are always two sides to one thing. So let's stay open and have fun... Colourwolfy |

Re: ShangHai Recommendation!
Dear Brother,
I am happy to read your response. At no time, I though that your statement was directed at me. Even if you were, I would accept it as I did make a sweeping statement. I am glad that you still keep an open mind to discussion. Good! One thing that I hate a lot is when someone, during an open discussion, takes thing very personal. As I had said, sweeping statements will continue to appear, but please do not take them at their face value. In addition, what I would do is to think hard on why such statements are being made? There must be some essence that we can extract either from the statements, or from the reasons that these statements are made. I work in Europe 3 to 4 months a year to look after an establishment. Everytime when my friends or sometimes, my subordinates, throw comments on Singaporean or Chinese, I usually react rather strongly, not by shouting, but by questioning them until they can give me a reason for doing so. I am a Singaporean Chinese, and proud to be a Singaporean and a Chinese by origin. We should all defend the name of our Country and our race. Yes, in China, we have to be-careful, not necessarily that it is dangerous, but more importantly, it is not our home. My $15.02 worth.

Re: ShangHai Recommendation!
Really shouldn't be doing this at work.. haha! But I'm glad to see that we are all open-minded and reasonable people. Yes, I give the westerners a hard time too when they try to slag us off.
Frankly speaking, I have not met any of our brothers here in person since joining this forum many years ago. Maybe one time I should ask you guys to show me around. Take care for now... Colourwolfy |

Re: ShangHai Recommendation!
Brother PTR,
I am looking forward to hearing your "con-stories"! You might want to consider compiling them into a 10-year series and I'm sure you'll be able to top the best seller list! I'll be the first to queue up for it when it is released! Too much for me to learn... from everyone in this forum.... Whatever the case, happy weekend everyone! For those out to party, don't need to be good.. as long as you're being smart... Cheers!! Shanghaitan |
