As I said if the Police start to 'interview' the would be suspects, they will crack. Well for those of you not familiar with their methods I don't think you want to be a suspect in these type of crimes.

You will definitely crack as they can put you on remand for up to 2 weeks if the magistrate believe you are dangerous if let out. So 2 weeks no access to lawyer, no sleep , etc....how many can tahan...

Cannot say anymore as this forum is monitored...so hope the guys in blue get cracking on those suspects before he go across the border.

Firstly, bail will not be offer to those suspected to be involved in serious cases like Armed Robbery, Rape, HBT, etc or capitial offence where death sentence is a possibilties. And also for those who they think might jumb bail.

Even if he runs to Malaysia. We do have a repatriation treaty with the Malaysian Govt.

Like I said, he can hide but he cannot run.

Fuck these people! Another MM I know told me that she was promised $800 for overnite, but the next day she was given a cheque instead. She asked me about the procedures of cashing out the cheque, only to be told at the bank counter it's a blank cheque.
