I haven't been to russia for a while but when I was there a couple years ago dollar / eur was widely accepted due to concerns over the stability of the russian ruble.

FLs quoted prices in dollar.

It's not legal but police only comes after the girls (for bribes since they're poorly paid), not after customers.

Dug up a few bookmarks for you, sites are only in russian though and prices are quoted in rubles and / or dollars:

Never been to Moscow, but a couple of years back was in some of the poorer cities like Tolyatti and Samara, you can pick up young gals moonlighting as FLs in the late afternoons. Just hang around train stations or bus stations and make eye contact. About $50USD for a couple of hours fcukfest...

Was in Moscow couple of weeks ago......went to the "famous" Night Flight (http://www.nightflight.ru). Entrance 1100 Roubles( USD 30 for 1000 R). it Inc 1 Drink. Drinks are like 300R each.

Gals will walk to U and strike a conversation and within couple of mins the GQ will be asked. Asking rate USD400 or 500 Euro ...HUH???(which doesn't make sense to me).......I thought I heard wrongly but the next 4 gals told me the same thing......ok....I stick to USD.
