There is a new place due to open soon at Sultan Plaza, 4th and 5th floor. I happen to be there and went in to look at the place where renovation is in progress. This is in the same building as Armani KTV.

It looks like a HFJ with KTV rooms with full glass panels. Anybody got any information ?

Its a high end joint thus will really segregate the budget and non budget cheongers
Will be interesting to see the impact it'll bring when it has when opened

In my opinion, even though Club Jaguar tried to up market themselves, it was a crappy joint nothing close to the havelock higher end joints standard...... I would keep my expectations rock bottom low.
