Good stuff from the lads especially after playing away in Bergamo during the week. Fulham are a decent side and we made them look pretty average on their own patch. Valuable rest for some players and important minutes for others who need to get up to speed.

We’ve been in a rut and I think we just started to show signs we are possibly coming out of it. That was a massive goal for Jota and will do his confidence the world of good after coming back from injury. Trent is the x-factor. He’s a local lad and returning to a tired team where he can really provide a spark and kick us on.

Also shout out to Gapko who has really raised his game in recent weeks and as bad as Robbo and Endo were in the first half I thought they were good in the second half.

We know the flaws in this side which are most likely to deny us the league, but to be level with Arsenal at this stage of the season is fantastic.

Important we finish off the season as well as possible.

Meltdown began.

Used up all their luck at the beginning of season.

The poor fitness and unable to score killed the title challenge.

Anyway Liverpool had performed better than my expectation.

Don't know what to say, didn't really start the season with a bang but midway they really got going but looks like they gonna end it on a whimper....if finishing the season like this for any mid level team its a real bonus but for the standards The Reds has set for others, its not good enough..

Title challenge has ended. Never seen a Klopp team play so poorly. Salah basically sold himself. No way of keeping him for another season. He will be wise to take the final BIG cheque of his career. If Henderson can get $700k pounds per week, Salah will easily be on 1 million pounds per week.

It's a real shame the season is ending the way it is at the moment.

They have just run out of steam. The drop-off in so many players is staggering!

Right now, they just need to secure top 3 and then Edwards, his team and the new manager can take an objective view of the squad with all emotions and sentimentality stripped out.

The title was difficult after the United result and gone after the Palace game when it was clear we had fallen back into last season mode.

Sad end to Klopp's reign but 3rd is par for our season as a whole and the best thing Klopp did this season was the honesty to say he can't do it going forwards.

It's demonstrably true that he has lost his way somewhat and the team looks an unstructured mess and bereft of ideas sometimes as a result.

Change is needed. At least Edwards and Co. should be under no illusions after this.

Time to start looking over our shoulders at Villa and Spurs, think we need 4 points to guarantee 3rd place so that needs to be the focus now.
