A person need not need to be in Malaysia to sent a Malaysia SMS... I am in China noe but I can sent a SMS thru the internet and you will see a SG message in your hp...

It is not the Starhub or M1 shit u are looking at but services offered by internet services provider and if not wrong it is offered by Pacific Internet too... U call there will be a ring tone and no one will pick up....

It may be someone work with you in Thailand. It very easy to get a 013 phone line, most of them a prepaid, just RM30 and not question ask. If they top up enough value that can even use it to autoroam. Is the easy way to cover his path. Before you know, he may be SMS in the office next to you.
