i applaud you for your effort in helping her earn to pay parent medical fees, i myself is unlikely to do what you do. even my vacant property i cannot just pass keys to her to use to provide service, because if it becomes gambling den i will be liable unless i have a valid tenancy agreement then it is tenant who is liable. to be physically present each time offer help is too tiring for me.
