I have since stopped going to massage places that provide extras. I think the prices are getting ridiculous. The overall mood is also dampened by the negotiation where it's a top up game.

I've now got membership with natureland and also for myself n ogawa massage chair. After natureland , I go to GL for either quickie with Thai or Viet. If time permits I go to my defacto PRC, on days that I want more adventure , I go to the FL Dome 3 section to get some viet syt or euro chic, now they even have Jap options.

Alot of satisfaction without haggling , menus and options are clear.

It's sad to see what has happened in the spa scene and I do miss it.

Occasionally if you are lucky, might also get a SYT new to SG here with lower rates like Level 2. But for such cases chances are high the massage is piano and ML might not know how to service properly.

Level 3 - Aunties in their early 40s to 50s or late 30s but very bad body shape
HJ - $60 - $80
BJ - $80 - $100
FJ - $100 - $120
Remarks: There are very few Level 3 MLs who advertise here or get recommended by bros, most of them are listed in Momo, SLG etc. Once you see price listed like above, almost for sure is a Level 3 auntie no matter how pretty the photos look. This group usually either PRC or Malaysia.

Below is summary from my own experience, don't flame me if you have a different exp. If you manage to get cheaper deals, then good for you. Can share with me if you don't mind

I am also assuming a "normal" entry fee of $50 - $60, if you are paying anything more then you need to add the difference onto the rates above.

If you are paying significantly more than above, then the service, face and body of the ML had better be super top notch, or else most likely kena carrot head already.

There are rare ones that still offer 60 (68)+50. (My bad, entry fee corrected) One of them is Y*m* from car*** at U** area. Polite PRC around 30YO. Good massage. Good service + great basic enjoyment. Common shower, individual room.

A lot of spa are practicing 88 package to lock basic. 20+YO MLs usually quote 100 right away, it's up to the customer to try bargain. Most will accept 80.

Price hike everywhere. Some spa even require customers to take 98 package or 1.5hour package for basic enjoyment. Totally boycotting these stores.

No need to flame me. Just sharing my observation.

yalor. BOYCOTT $88 & $98 packages - Singapore well known for CARROT CAKE!!! - easily $$$$ for PRC to come here get RICH 10k - 20k per month

yes sir.. same for me.. i fed up with spa liao... its not that i cannot afford to play is that what they are asking is ridiculous...

living in singapore.. go or dun go spa is still something i can decide for myself.. alot of things nowdays ridiculous price but lan lan still have to pay...

Then there is also the bad experience of top up... Once the ML gets customer in the mood. Imagin6hwe going with a list of here's what you need to pay, here are the can do and cannot do... By then feeling all gone.

Not sure is it just my observation, most, if not all my ML contacts on WeChat are either complaining and posting poor business, 'targets not met' and getting PM to 'come support '.

I'm guessing a churn will happen ie, many will exit the scene but with unmet demand, it may return but with same prices before it flattens.

Fully agreed. Btw does anyone know is there any difference between taking 88 for 1 hour and 88 for 1.5 hour? For the former is it 45 mins massage and remaining 15 mins for extras? Would the massage be too short then? Because I used to think 1 hr might be 1 hr + 15 mins for extras making it more worthy than 1.5 hr which is inclusive of the 15 mins of extras already.

Greedy bosses set sale quota at 9-10k, so a ML working at 88 spa with 9k quota need to clock ~102.3 hours. That's 3.5 customers/day.
If entry is 68, she need to clock 132.5hr, which is roughly 4.5 customers a day.

Failure to meet quota will subject them to fine/ having to pay for their permit/tax which is about $800. Even MC need to pay company, a*£hole boss collect 800/day from them.

Not just that some spas require ML to pay for washing of sheets/towels. Funny right? Such "operation cost" also staff paying. So their salary basically went to paying of the fine/fee and house rent. Easy money for wicked new citizen bosses, opening unit after unit.
The market is so saturated now.

For example, BMC area has at least 5 spa. A block at JBM has 4 units, up the hill another 2 units. Another 3-5 around AV. At least 16 shops along a stretch of 5 bus stops.

Heard of the fine and such ml have to pay at bmc area the reason I don't visit there cause they will charge higher there due to the bosses ridiculous rules. I know one ml left now at somewhere else where can have full service. And she is much happier.
