This is nothing new and UTIs are very common, and not considered an STD.

Just don't wash your lanjiao properly or touch your cock head after wiping your pantat after shitting, and there is a likelihood you can infect yourself with your own germs (e.coli) from your kacheng.

Maybe you just heard abt it.
