Hotel with shared pools have transit/stand alone shower cubicle.

Condos also have those transit/public shower cubicle near their pools.

You can try the handicapped toilets in Sentosa. Those near the beaches and they come with shower.

You can get your girlfriend to shower there but do not lock door.

Or you can even f**k her in there without locking the door. hahaha.

Tanjong beach at night will be good choice, no one swim and use the toilet so i just grabbed my girl to the male shower room to fuck in shower

There was one U Bench on elevated ground, about 6-8 meters high.
Foliage blocks most view if you pick the correct side to sit.
