Actually from traditional TCM, the yin yang interaction is not just throgh genitials or skin touching. The interaction and qi from the behavior of an opposite sex which triggers an internal reponse in the man is more of how it yin yang is balancing up themselves.

It is like going to a place with all males, and going to a place with some female, the behavioural actions, the mood and the atmosphere will be totally differences which triggers different emotional response within.
