Check the mobi website... there is a way for u to send a SMS to a number and activate ur GPRS Package. They usually have this kind of package:

VND10k/month 50kb
VND20k/month 100kb
VND50k/month 300kb
VND100k/month 1000kb

So if u sign up the VND50kb/month, usually more than enuf. I use and use and use, can only clock up to about 100kb/month only.
