Judges are soft ... when offenders are jailed, why concurrent sentences, and not consecutive sentences?

This latest terror is another shining example why offenders are not afraid to commit crimes in sinkie land. A weak Govt, jelly judges, inefficient law enforcement and it all adds up to letting rogues and criminals run wild like beasts in the island.
