No need to pre-book. It is situated right inside the airport - the place where we usually take a taxi after we touched down at Suvarnabhumi airport during the pre covid time.

That is what I heard from latest news. Finally the detachment of Covid testing from hotel and the wasted 1st night. Testing for ATK at the airport is independent and you will be tested positive only if you are infected. No more 'vested interest'.


So far to what I know there is only one SIN insurance that provide cashless payment for inpatient in Thailand. Buying insurance is always recommended however young, strong, fit or whatever positive traits. You can never discount accident who is beyond anyone control however super fit and strong you are.
The choice of course is yours.

This one if 500 or 550. Another is 250 unless the price is changed. My previous departure test is 250 baht

This will be the one I will be using for all Thai trip until they removed test completely.

even now its not confirmed. They wanna monitor the infection rate post songkran first, then decide.
If its acceptable, its 1 May. If not, then 1 May would be postponed.

After Songkran, no. will spike up, no brainer As for opening up, they have no choice, ministers pockets are hurting too. They will open up latest by end of May else tourists are heading Vietnam, Cambodia, etc.

But even ART on arrival, i wont be returning there. I'd rather take the test pre-arrival.
Reach there already then positive is nightmare. At least positive before i arrive, i can cancel the trip.
covid test as to whatever tests, can never be 100% accurate. Even 99% accuracy, there will be some false positives negatives.
1% of inaccurate test results among 100k tourists = 1000. I dont wannabe any of those 1000.

Before u fly, u can take ART yourself but this is also stopping u, then as mentioned by u, stay at home. Let the rest enjoy...
If they do away Thaipass, PCR, I will be there monthly.

Yes ART. but i have proven to myself that ART is not effective.
During the time i was down with covid, i tested ART several times. None came back positive. PCR was positive for 2 times i got tested.
I know its covid cause i got the same list of symptoms as described in all the news, including a very unique symptom....

Yup, just waiting for them to do away with tests and thai pass.

Our ART's Sensitivity rate is 82 percent. I would say is fairly high. Unless not being done correctly.
