I am slightly confused. L2 1654A and L3 1658B are owed by same boss right

Some people say the girls selection only at L2 and after choosing girl go up L3 room

But there are some girls like YangYang & Lizhi who are exclusively at L3 right

You are most likely to be correct. I am still very blur blur about which of the three houses in this complex are where. Is it same okt or different. Go to level 3 then they send you down to see gal in level 2 and then the gal brings you back up to level 3 room.
