The quality is better compare to Classic, but not by much. Just like other reports, there are several girls to choose from. More than 60% is local girls. No pain, no gain. Inspite of the jam, it's one of the best places to party in South East Asia or I can dare say entire Asia. I haven't partied much in Taipei, Seoul so I say it with a disclaimer.

There are several ways bro BoinKING that you can overcome this:

1. Sleep more during the day, eat good food or go for relaxing clean massages that burn your day time. Party hard at night. Set out of your hotel as late as 11 PM. Most places the jam is way lower or not at all. Party all the way till morning.

2. Stay close to the area that you wish to party e.g. I stay in Hayam Wuruk that literally makes Malio, Sparks, Illigals, Club 36, Diamond, V2, Stadium, Millenium, Crown and Lokasari walking distance or Classic, Travel, Emporium, Red Square, Fashion, M Star a short 5 to 7 min taxi ride away. Even if there is a jam, how bad can it be ? Max 15 min to 20 min.

So staying close & partying late are two key tricks to overcome the macet. Of course other "expensive" ways are do in-calls but it's highly not recommended.
