I went because there had been reports of FS. Place is rundown, but the rooms have double doors... so FS might indeed be an option. Ticket is 100 D for 60mins. My massah lady was in her mid 30s, looked a bit older than that and didn't know how to do massah. While I was trying to talk her into a bj, she started to pull at my baybieee in such a ridiculous way that I politely but instantly bid my way and left her with a 100 D tip which induced much whining. At her age, she should definitely have learned a trick or two more.

There was a reasonably young and cute girl around when I left, but alas, my level of desperation has to skyrocket before I go back. Drug charges dropped against Hanoi disco manager

Charges of “harboring drug use” laid against the manager of the high-end New Century night club in Hanoi have been dropped, a district prosecution office said Thursday.

Hanoi’s Hoan Kiem District prosecution office announced Nguyen Dai Duong would not be indicted for intentionally harboring drug users, as proposed by the police in May.

But Duong will be prosecuted for illegally selling liquor at the night club, the prosecution office said.

Drug-harboring charges were also dropped against Phung Lam Son, the disco’s former chief accountant, the Hoan Kiem District prosecution office said.

A police raid in April 2007 discovered rampant narcotic use at the New Century night club.

After an initial investigation, police last November recommended drug-harboring charges against Duong, who was taken into custody a month after the raid.

After being released last November to undergo treatment for an eye disease, Duong lodged an appeal with the Supreme People’s Procuracy (SPP), Vietnam’s highest prosecution agency, asking for the charges against him to be reconsidered.

The SPP in April ordered a new investigation into the case.

The additional investigation wrapped up a month later with the police recommending Duong and his accomplices be charged with deliberately covering up the disco clients’ illegal drug use.

After the New Century raid, 29 Hanoi officials were disciplined, including 12 policemen and two leaders of the Hang Trong Ward, where the disco is based.

If Son and Duong can prove their innocence, the action taken against the officials would also be reconsidered, lawyer Pham Thi Ha said.

Actually i stay at Somerset West Lake, they allow gals in. However the gals need to leave their ID with the security before they can come in. I brought in one before. They stopped her and ask for her ID. They gave it back to her when she leaves.

Got a friend staying in Somerset Hoa Binh, he said he can bring in gals as well. Also need to register.

Not sure about the Somerset Grand Hanoi.

I suppose since its an apartment with living room and kitchen, residents can invite friends in.

Btw I went to Sakura 1 and 2 both sides are asking for VND200k for tips. Are that the normal rate now?

They are very insistent and showed faces when getting less. Getting upset myself too as the quality of service seemed going downward so i only give VND100k.
