I am not sure why you need to know who the gal is. If you like just go for it. Anyway that shop (as well as many others at OT) actually have several gals and they change from week to week or even day to day. So there is not much point asking who a particular gal is cos by the time you get an answer (if at all) the gal may not be there anymore. More importantly it also means if you see someone you like better go for it and don't think about "coming back another day" cos by then the person may have left and you just regret.
