Ever since they clamped down on Duxton and Paramount, no more pinoy pubs with high playability.

Around Boat Quay area (regulars will know where) have a lot of pinoy pubs. But most are LD style. Quality so so and playability questionable.

Somerset area also got some if you know where to go. Playability better as these pubs are hidden away from the main road. But quality depends on batch. And if you know how to sian, you might be surprised.

However, nowadays all nothing like the good old days of Duxton and paramount.

Ipanema is good is you just pay the drinks cover and prepare to sit inside and enjoy ogling the gals and live band performances. Dont think its worth to pay a bomb for just a ST bonk.

I thought those near somerset area ones have been closed down? Not sure if we are referring to the same places.

Agree the best times were at paramount and duxton. In paramount, the girls just pull you in and have their hands all over you. Had my very first CIM in Duxton at that blue colour pub. Also had my first bar fine there. Took a girl out for a few hours and bonk the hell out of her at a hotel around keong siak street. Still remember her full bodied D cups and womanly curves! Those were the days. Don't think they will ever return.

Reasons:
Too much frequent police patrols
Price for a jug of beer can easily be around $239
Women there are really pushy and if u use your big head you can avoid them at all costs
Security has been tightened up recently as they have a new Indian Club thus frequent police visits in that area due to young
punks creating violnece and troubles
Avoid levels 2/3/6 unless u dont mind donating your money to them
There is no more bar fines anymore so be wise no point buying them exorbitant prices drinks

Yes, was at BQ a few days ago, most are pretty pathetic these days. The old days of Paramount and Duxton are long gone it seems.

Somerset used to have this pretty kickass place around Cuppage. But from what I know it's long gone too. Didn't know there are others...
