If you're staying in Seminyak, go to Jalan Kayu Aya and walk around. There are some girls wearing a massage uniform that may approach you. You may also encounter a FL in a club, especially if you're alone and obviously a foreigner/tourist.

WeChat has girls, but I found the quality to be better at Sanur & Denpasar compared to Seminyak and Kuta.
