Commission is only available after meeting the monthly sales target of $4-8K. HJ is only available at higher hourly massage rate. If caught offering HJ at lower hourly massage rate, ML gets fined (heard $1K each time from some MPs). The previous calculation is very optimistic.

Most MLs I know do not get a fixed salary, 20% commission from 1st dollar up and get to keep their special services fees. The commission from 1st dollar up system ended around 2012 from my observation. Remember last time MP have 15 min, 30 min, 45 min massages? Now mostly 60, 90, 120 minutes.
