Talking nonsence. Always know your facts beore publishing. CV is a hunting ground that starts after 12 am. The trick is to rach there after 12 am, drive one or two rounds around the car park and hot spots, and if there is no LB that suits your taste, go have some food and drinks at the shops opposite and come back 1 hour later. You may find the right one after the additonal LBs at this time.

Thats what I do, and I always reach that about 2am ....

no fixed timing = Yes Agree ... coz is ... after 12 am - 6am .... if you wanna find popular 1 timing must be just right ...

no 黄金时段 = NOT Agree ... coz if you go before 12 am, I doubt you can find any LBs ... best time 2am-4am I guess .. if u go after 5am ,, maybe you can find only few or none ..

so everything boils down to luck ...
