Receive warning letter from police at ica , booked air ticket on the spot go home.
Said no ban is given but I think difficult to come in future also

No way ICA will have any VIP complain...ICA knew who is VVVIP...VIP...any issue they will refer to top including PS or MOS...

Hi guys, i have a question to ask.
My girlfriend used to be a work permit holder and had recently went back vietnam after completing her contract here.
Can she come back as a tourist after 1 month? Have return ticket and cash, and will be staying at my home.

Yes she can...best dun stay longer than 2 weeks...if she stayed long then she may have a problem coming in next time...

Since she staying your home means address will be your home address...pls make sure she knew your full particulars including full name, NRIC, dob...etc..

Also make sure she has at least SGD 1 to 2k to show ICA if go into room for further question...this means she is tourist coming in to spend money...

but still recommended to do all those when coming in.
after coming in and leaving within 2 weeks, for a few times, then got good immigration record. Next time much easier to go through custom.
Not only viets, but thais too. Not sure about other south east asian countries.
Easiest is if she can produce proof of employment with payslip from home country.

Can but same procedure...

This applies to all nationalities...not allowed to stay longer than 180 days within 6 months...also as tourists need to show hv money to spend...and place to stay...

Many Singaporeans married foreign spouses and live happily ever after...bringing up kids and family together...

Some foreign spuses earn alot of salaries per month in Singapore becos of good educations and good jobs...
