Apartment in Bangkok...???

Hello,

There is an excellent book regarding renting apartments in Bangkok. If you want to spend less than 30,000B/month, the book list all the apartments available less than 30,000B. I forgot the title of the book but the cost is 450B. My first choice is Oriental Suite in Rachada, Soi 7, it's back of Robinson and for one bedroom/bathroom the rental rate is 20,000B per month. Oriental Suite is brand new apartment. I visited there once and it's guiet and the staff are friendly.

Do you have other recommendations in regarding apartments for rent? I'm willing to pay up to 20,000B per month.

Today, I just opened a saving account with Siam Commercial Bank! Since I will be retiring within 18 months and I don't want to procrastinate, so I opened an saving account and they gave me a ATM card and savings book. You just need a permanent address in Bangkok!

I know where I'm going to live and has a saving account so I just need to find a permanent Dek Dee girl!

welcome to bangkok. and especially to ratchada soi 7, soi nathong.

that apartment, i know of it. but i opted for condominium, further down soi 7, near to soi nathong 1. further to carrefour than yours, but nearer to talat huay kwang.

i just saw another unit in my condo renting out for 20k as well. a 1 bedroom + living room. fully furnished. well mine is 14k per month. but corner unit.

hope you have fun and perhaps we can sit at robinsons ratchada looking at the kimono girls.

do sell Tiger beer draft.

Haha they are at the bottom level right? got some benches to sit outside too if im not wrong?

You all got try the Cosmetic Promoters also upstairs at Robinson, sometimes they come stand jus by the door damn chio, once my friend out of fun went down and bought 2 donuts for them to eat and asked the pharmacy girl to help write greetings in Thai in a piece of paper, the two girls giggled non-stop for abt 15mins...was fun hehe

my condo name is krang krung resort. a low rise holiday villa concept built and managed by emerald hotel. i think its quite a value buy la considering the location. if you guys looking for condos, i can also recommend one more at wongsawang rd (at the end of ratchadapisek road) which is not that near to the common tourist/ sex spots or clubs. Fifth Avenue is the name. only 11k THB if sign 1 year contract.

a unit on same floor as mine now is renting out for 20k per mth. it is also for sale at 2.85million

the jap restaurant name is sakura. at the side entrance of Robinsons. quite ok to chill cos actually no choice la, starbucks cannot smoke outside liao.. and anyway, they have football telecasts.

i never sian before the cosmetics girls at robinsons leh, but i sian the alcohol promoters inside Tops supermarket. that area is quite dangerous cos i once bumped into a girl whom i had been dancing with the night before and met her again at Carrefour Ratchada next afternoon. sibei stress. cos my wife is just beside me. immediately say got stomachache, must go toilet. faster run liao. haha..

but anyway, if bro norice plans to stay here long and intends to drive, perhaps wana consider staying in townhouse? they are cheaper than condos and larger area.
