Tried Hanna once some time ago, she was staying somewhere in FP (not sure if she's shifted). From my recollection, she's neither bucktoothed, short nor plump. Seems like similar practice to some U.S. airlines. Overbook the flight and when all passengers turn up, no choice but to give preference to regular customer and downgrade you to economy class.
