It depends. Like most things in life, context is everything.

Some working ladies demand payment upfront, because they have been told that undercover police officers cannot hand over cash for sex. So if they suspect that you are one, or they have been warned by their OKTs that there may be some undercover police posing as clients, they will ask you for payment upfront. Nothing personal, they are just safeguarding themselves.

They are just expressing their personal preference and where you stand. It is best that you take the cue and play along accordingly.

Some chiongsters always pay the girl upfront, even without the girl asking along with a promise that good performance will be rewarded "accordingly". These guys can afford it, and they don't give a fuck about "spoiling the market" - they pay for performance. They sometimes find gems that way. The way the reasoning works, is that girls who will NOT perform at their best even if they are paid more, are just hopeless and they will just never return. Those who can be motivated with more money, will get repeat sessions to see where their "limits" are. I personally think this is a great strategy, if you have deep pockets and really don't mind gold diggers who can really perform.

I think that this is a great strategy, if well executed, and girls do get impressed by good paymasters. Usually IRL these chiongsters are also people managers of some kind (e.g. department managers), so they really understand the concept of "pay for performance". If this strategy is not well executed, the girl gets the impression that you think your money is "very big" and that will surely turn them off.

For the "normal" chiongster with limited budget, I think that paying upfront without asking is NOT a good strategy. It is better to just sit back and see what the she says. If she doesn't ask, then pay after and if you can afford it, pay her more and tell her sincerely that she deserves it. I never had a girl reject the extra payment before, and that usually means that when I come back the service will be very good.

Sometimes you meet an FL who just had an extremely bad session, or maybe an upsetting call from home - yet she already accepted your booking upfront so she comes to you with a black face. When that happens, you basically have a few options - if you have no time and not much budget, just accept your bad luck. If you have some time, and sufficient budget then you can literally turn a bad start into an extraordinary outcome.

Split payments into per week, per 10 days or per meet.
I know this is how my friend is doing it, at mid and month end.
He told the girl let's do it this way first for a while. When I think after 3-4 months, the girl brought it up again, he dumped her.
Friend said 3-4 months is about the lifespan of his sb before he looks for next.
If the girl did not bring it up, he would continue with her a bit longer until he finds another.

I usually do the "keep quiet let them ask" test. 90% of the time they will ask upfront and then I'll just pay upfront. The remaining 10% of the time is when they don't ask upfront and I ownself auto pay them at the end of the session.

Interestingly, I observed that out of the 10% of girls who don't ask me to pay upfront, I can't remember a single one of them giving me a bad bonk in bed. So at least in my experience there's definitely a correlation between FLs who aren't money-minded and them being good sex partners in bed.

Usually for first timer it's payment first, after the gal know you, usually it'd be payment after service. But can't blame them, i think it's rare but they will occasionally meet idiots who will claim they forget to bring wallet or some even worse, steal their money and run away after everything.
