There are a lot of factors to determine if the ML can be unlocked. The most important factor is your appearance and i don't mean being handsome. Min need to look clean and well groom. 2nd is her character and her shop type. Some ML simply don't want to provide services. 3rd is your interaction with her.
4th is whether how seasoned is she in her job.

Handsome is not he only factor, actually i think that looks are not very important. It depends on lot of factors, the main is chemistry between you and ML. Treat the ML nicely, be regular are important factors.
I sometimes give them simple treats or gifts specially if they are returning back to CN.
I was able to unlock 2 ML's that generally do not offer more services. But it does take time (took 2+ years for me to unlock). Finally when i was able to unlock, it does feel nice.

Something simple, and not very expensive, generally below $50. Its just that listen to when she talks or if you know what she likes then get something, just a gesture to show that you care. But i dont give them fancy or expensive gifts.

My experience is 1st visit need to paid 50 entry 100 for CIM and she mentioned this shop not allowed to do FJ.
After few visits, both get closer and chemistry, she said she wants me to paint her and she will take off all her top and bottom. What can see is she really enjoyed the painting and moans. After this, everytime she will WA me to go and visit her for painting her and she CIM me. A few times later, she prepare CD and auto request for FJ, but I mentioned that she said this shop cannot do this, she replied NVM. I already 60 and she 37 PRC. Price will be everytime visit 50 + 100. She had mentioned to me before that if I'm 40++ age, she wants to have my baby. This is so scary, after she mentioned this, I no longer visit her.

To add on to this, agree that looks, etc. doesn't really matter as much. Just be well groomed and well mannered, you already have a good baseline.

Have a file/notepad somewhere to help you remember things that the ML mentioned before she likes, or anything personal about her. This is impt especially if you going after multiple MLs. Never confuse the info.

I also find that having casual teasing/flirting conversations over WeChat together with sporadic visits work best. Don't need to spend so much money.

BUT YMMV for each ML. I find its easier if you already have chemistry from the start. No chemistry don't bother, move on. I also don't like those who already SOP GFE you. Harder to tell when they're real or when they trying to get you to go back.

Some good markers that she's a bit more invested in you:
1) clearing other appointments when you want to make appointment
2) taking time to talk to you and not just ask you to go back to visit
3) taking time during off days/after work to meet

Once you hit 3, the ball is in your court to drop already.

You thought you are great and mark the ML as conquered
Then you found out she is actually a public toilet and even allow sashimi.

I encountered one such ML back in 2023.
