Hotel81 cheats, dont pay EXTRA for big/good room

Knn, I was kena tricked by them too. I tink better go to fragrance hotel, only $20. Since hotel 81 like to cheat on people, we can avoid going there if possible.

I paid $30 when I was at Changi 81 on a weekday afternoon... I asked them since when the changes came into effect, he just pointed to the notice on the counter... So LL pay $30...

Can the staff charged extra $10 for so call big room then they pocket the money themselves?
Imagine how many $10 they able to make a month. That will be approx 1~2 mths of their salary.
If that's the case, maybe can go Fragrance since there's a Fragrace near every H81.

Another one I like to warn Bro here is GL 39 四泉酒店，same pattern, always say no room, left $30 one.

Anyway, back to H81, so far I know is H81 Changi, Chinatown and Bencoolen are $30 for 2 hrs Transit, the rest are $20 for 2 hrs Transit.

Yes, first time need to pay $10 for member, subsequently just use IC or Driver's Licence to register ok liao.

One thing not sure did Bro here notices, the staffs don't issue any receipts, so not sure whether the extra $10 that they collected goes to their pockets.

As for 四泉酒店 It happened once when I was just about to pay, the front desk guy told me only left the $30 room. I told him then forget it as I was about to leave he said that's one going to be available soon..He immediately passd me the key and asked for the money. A week later again the same guy the same scenario. Since then I stopped going there. Anyway thehotel not so safe as well as saw a of couple raids there before the recent big raid excerise in GL.

Yes, I agree with Bro Gameboy. These are the 3 hotel 81 that charges $30 for 2 hours transit.. The rest should be $20 for 2 hours. The charges for each hotel should be stated clearly at their front desk notice board.

Hotel 81 lucky have once charge me $25 during the public holiday for 2 hours transit. According to that guy, he say it is the surcharge. I do not encounter anything like this before. Can any brother advise??? That means $35 for CHinatown 81 during holiday???

We dun mind paying abit more to bonk but the exact cost should be stated at the counter area.

Foret to add, the $10 membership is one time off and can be used at any hotel81 outlet, further more, no need to renew... We are afraid that some cashier may claim that the membership you signed up in the past is for that particular branch only and ask you to pay another $10 for this branch... Do be careful and not get cheated...

I also have many bad experience with 四泉酒店 before, the recept always say no more $20 room. left with $30 room... KNN... $30 room actually also same standard, many times air con or tv not working. And KNN.. mineral water also dont have. must buy at recept

by the way, I thought H81 at chinatown and bencolean is always $30 ??
I thought is fixed at $30 ??
Even the Frangance at pasir panjang is also $30, right ?

I went to chinatown H81 once during a public holiday and they actually charge $40. They say that $10 is the surcharge as that is a public holiday. After that lesson learnt, i don't go to hotel 81 during public holiday liao.

I remember got 1 time when i went to H81 chinatown.. ask for a room they say dun have but to wait for half hr.. but got 1 older guy behind the counter say" Sir u dun have to wait.. just pay $50 we will give u a bigger room" in my mind i was like wat the F%&K... i just need a bed n shower u think i want to play hide n seek in the room ah? i rejected on the spot n leave them my number.. after 15 mins later they called me.. i was given a room on the same level as the counter n WORST still next to the LIFT...!!! bad experince with H81Chinatown..
