Yap...should try. Btw, after a night game, I don't even feel sleepy. Slept later then usual. Maybe the Ginseng content is working. I however do not allow my son to take it. I'm not sure if it is good for him cause it has Horny Goat Weed but I did see some young boys drinking it during our sports game.

But must consumed it early in the morning, because if consumed late afternoon - can't get to sleep the whole nite!

Yup. As I mentioned, it does keep me awake also, recently, I felt much easier to be aroused too. Now there are offer. $3+ for 2 cans. Almost half price.
