sean110 bro, I'm not sure about prices during happy hour (if ever there is one), but usually I go past 11pm and the ladydrinks are definitely $30. As mentioned before in this thread, the LBs are not hired by the club so I don't think they get a cut of the profits. Perhaps they wanna test how deep your pocket is?

AlterPuppet, I've never tried nor even talked to any local LB before. Very new to this scene. Exposure to local LB is limited to the max! But I was referring to those at OT Club Romeo. Some are really hot. Everybody's got their own taste right?

Trying to cut down on my trips to Club Romeo these days, been visiting there too frequently these past 2 weeks.

I checked out Crazy Horse last Wednesday, looks-wise the LBs there ain't as hot as those in Romeo and they are a lot more restrained, i.e. they'll still approach you but in a much more decent manner. Spoke to someone called Candy there, but didn't do anything else. Still waiting for my favourite girl in Romeo to come back from Thailand

Guys, the ladydrinks at Club Romeo are S$30 whatever time you pop in. Happy Hours is till 10pm - Fosters draft beer or coke at $7. It's $12 after 10pm.
Crazy Horse - Tiger draft at $5 till 9pm then it becomes $10. (eve of public holidays no happy hour). Ladydrinks are $18 all times.
The "girls" in Club Romeo and sometimes Crazy Horse will dare to ask for $300 for a short time. That's 2 hours in the hotel. Hotel customer pays. Travelling time is not included.
As for prices, it's up to you and the "girl". It can range from $150 to $200 for locals and for non Singaporeans, generally $200 to $300.
Right now there are a lot of lbs so the chances of getting a better price are higher.

hi Alex,

Dont get offended, everyone has his liking and views..just wish to highlight how afew LB screw guys up with drinks. For CH and basement pub i understand they get a cut of $5 for a $18 drink. Some LBs will keep asking for LD from local guys while waiting to fish Ang Moh.

not sure gals/ LB get a cut from LD in Romeo..

Guys and sean110, yes the lbs and girls get ten bucks from the thirty. The lbs in there are typical of an any bar in Orchard Towers and even Paramount. The girls want you to buy them a drink so a) they get a cut and to lesser extent b) they look good to the owners. The girls that don't "produce" are not treated very well to put it mildly. Very few bars of this type can survive on happy hour and regular drinks. Ladydrinks are a good part of the bar's income.

LBs and Club Romeo aren't the only ones to "screw" customers - it's a common thing. Lastly the LBs are just taking the practical view - no fish so they take prawns like us. So whilst waiting for the big fish they sit with us.
Personally if I'm sitting with them, I'm telling them to go ahead and go for the customer. It's their living.

well $18 is still reasonable. $30 i seriously think it is too steep. wondering if by any chance that reflect the standard of the girls?

$18 is just cheating your money. You just have to pay for a normal drinks. A normal drink is just $6. Do not have to give the extra money to the bar. You are just being con.

That's true, $18 is actually very reasonable compared to the other places.
Nooo...can't say the "girls" in Romeo are 66% (I did the maths ) better.
Welll...maybe 20% better in some cases.

Oh and drekman, come on, if you don't buy them a drink they don't sit with you. They come here all the way to earn good money. If they don't earn good money why bother to come all the way here!

Those in Crazy Horse approach you all right but they'll leave when you say you're not interested, as compared to those in Romeo who will insist on coming onto you and sometimes even sit down on your lap and gyrate their bottom. And this is when you haven't even offered to buy them any drinks. Based on personal experience when I first entered Romeo and CH.

I bought them 2 shots of tequila last week at Romeo, and a random girl just came and snatch a shot and down it at one go! Impressive! Until I realised from this forum that the shots are probably 88.2% diluted.

Went Bongo Bar today, but I guess it's out of topic here.

dickrick, the thing is that the bar is cheating your money. And you let the girls cheat your money. I do not mind paying if the drinks are $12 and the liquor is really liquor and not all soft drinks.
