Yes, not sure any bro be able to count, roughly how many KTV, HFJ, HC, Massage places there in Singapore, 90% of them are related to Sex services in the end. Gorvenment is very quiet, only rade a few KTVs. Many HCs in high class hotel, shopping centres, they do provide pro sex services, and it can not be licensed. What a 'clean' place.

Do not blame me. I just do not like to see it is so 'popular' and 'every where'.

HKPal has reorg.
Ground floor - ktv section for customers who like to sing into mic.
2nd sty - female singers moved up there. The ones we "straight" people like to see.


Basement - mostly male singers from China. Maybe they cater to the "not so straight" segment of the market.
Of course there may be a minority of rich tai-tais looking for toy boys too.
Don't go to the basement if you do not want to be mistaken for an ah-kwa looking for something. Maybe owner is testing market to see if can make big bucks from the pink dollar.
