No need to go so far all the way to Boat Quay. Along Jln Sultan itself and nearby North Bridge Road are more than 15+ such shops. I think these shops may be connected with each other as sometimes I see the MLs one day in shop A and then another day is in another shop B.... and another few days later she will be in shop C.... and all of these shops quote same rate of $150 for full package.
