My impression of the place is due to higher rents, they invariably charge much higher than market rate due it's location.

Was at textile Ctr a few days ago.

Level 2 has a spa but din see any action. Level 4 has a joint visible from the escalators but mostly GILFS. Not my type and went off to Jalan Besar to explore. Ended up at a good, clean Thai massage joint there.

Found 2 other joints not too far away and it appears like they have potential for happy endings. Will try another day and give FR if it's worth sharing.
