If u are looking for about $100 per night and walking distance to nightlife, u can try Ohana Phnom Penh Palace, about 70 per night. I stayed once. Big, clean and next to St 136.
Get a travel insurance with covid. 1 week less than $50. This is important and if u are unlucky, get covid. Medical, hospital bill and quarantine will be paid by insurance. This covers pre departure and after u return to SG, hotels, air ticket, etc. Note, u have to check with the insurance, countries covered.
Its important to check if insurance will pay everything while the person is still stuck overseas or traveler pay first claim back later in sg.

In PP most hotels are friendly, tried with Raffles too. Of cause also depends on luck and hotel polices. I stayed there in 2019 before covid and had no issue, brought different gers on my 1 week stay but dun quote me after so many years.

I thought if you book a room and indicate 2 adults staying on booking, you are free to bring any girl into your room. Is this not the case in Cambodia ? Do you mean that certain hotels in Cambodia do not allow guests to bring girl into room for staying overnight ?

However, this fucking covid, when I book a hotel to stay in SINGAPORE, in the hypocrisy of wanting to be safe, the hotel request I must register the guest that will be staying with me thou out my stay. Only allow one guest only cause my room is two persons. FFFFFFF. I damn pissed off. I fuck them hey I want to call girls to fuck and someday i might f once, someday i might f twice, someday i might f the first one and ask her leave and f the second one and ask her to stay over night. How to register ah. I don't even know who i will be fucking. How? Then they slap me with they you should not book at all cause the policy now is must register the guest by NOON time before check in. Cannot change your guest suddenly and cannot change guest during the day. Like if i register first girl and after f, i cannot take another girl back to hotel cause the quota met. Really CCB right? In this case i just book for one night, if no good, book for another hotel and check-out the next day, otherwise rebook and continue.. Anyway booking hotel online is easy, can do anywhere with internet access. Just hope that Cambodia immigration unlike Thailand or Indonesia which now require foreign visitors to show prove of fully paid accommodation upon entry.
