Well to me so long as within the time we pay for the ML services, they have to deliver what was listed, tired hand or mouth is up the to customers to decide whether to tell the ML no need to continue, not the other way round.

Anyway these MLs databases will list those customers with a history of taking damn long to shoot, so if they choose to accept then they jolly well get the deed done. If is not lucky kena a bro with no such record but hard to shoot then they can make their own note and don't accept him next round.

Agree that when time is almost up still can't shoot then is the customer own loss, but the ML should always carry on trying until the time is up.

Well not everybody is rich enough to get someone to release for them at least once a week.
