If you think you cannot resist the temptation to fall for this FL, and yet do not want to be burnt, we suggest you cease doing business with her altogether. Look out and try out for others. Trust us, you are going to experience another similar one sooner or later, and this will make you realise that bros all have this tendency to fall for FLs/WLs when the FLs, WLs, start being 'nice' to us. To us, it is a very, very nice experience, but to them, these are just tricks of the trade, aimed at returned business, same as any Company with good customer relations management, CRM.
For other FLs/WLs, such gf behaviour to some extend make up for the negative feelings they may have working as FLs/WLs, that is, some self consolation and retrieval of some measure of self respect (they may feel - at least we are not just pure FLs/WLs, and some customers really like us and treat us well!!!!).
Understand that most Hongkies are very down to earth and practical about such matters - choing, never pay above or too much beyond market rate and then leave, period. We should also learn from their approach, for the FL, WL business is essentally a business deal. That's it.
Finally, if you want a gf deal or a marriage deal, look elsewhere for a differnt sort of girl, not a FL/WL, etc.
