How to break free?

When you can't get over something, it becomes a regret. All of us have situations that potentially become regrets. No matter what mistakes you have made, whatever wrong moves you made, just tell yourself that it's all over now. No point dwelling on it for no matter how much you regret, nothing ever changes. Rather, take it as a learning journey. Be thankful it happened so that you can plan better in future.

I was only 26 when I almost died and was diagnosed with an illness. After spending countless of time in the hospital and doctors office, I look at things differently now.

Career and money no longer means anything important. I take things slowly and enjoy every good day that comes by because I never know if the next day is a good or bad one.

I learn to let go of my unhappy past and live my life to the fullest. I focus more on people who treats me well and love me. I let go of people who hurt me and people who doesnt cherish me.

I hope my expiry date is still long away but who knows what will happen then next moment.

REGRET i wasted my life ... not LIVING MY POTENTIAL....knowing that i am capable of more ... i am not down with thots of regret, the opposite, i am using regret as a positive emotion to take action ....

step

this video has great problem solving technique too

1. State you problem
2. Then ask yourself " what would it do for me to solve this problem?"
3. your answer/s to that question, then leads to asking in what other ways can i solve this problem, leading to new solutions never though of

Lost my mum last year and until now my life hasn't really recovered. Moving forward I'll need to set my mind to working and improving myself once more.

Sure still miss her, though. But I'll never forget her.

now in my early 30s, the mindset more or less has changed.
issues that can be solved by money is not a big problem, those that can't be solved by money are a big problem.

priorities change when ppl age...
