Romeo is the bar to hit but 7-7:30 is way too early. You might do better at that time eating at the Thai restaurant on the 4th floor. A lot of ladyboys eat there before going to work at Romeo or Crazy Horse.

As far as the scene it changes from month to month depending on who is in town. Most of the time there are at least a few good LBs. I would stay away on weekends unless you are prepared to overpay. Weeknights you can negotiate good deals.

These days quantity not quality at CR, all sucking money from drinks. I remember years ago, took one post op out for a spin in my car on the way to Balestier hotel. Was in Club Romeo in Oct....lots of beautiful LBs but between the servers and the LBs very very pushy to buy overpriced drinks.
