Have check with the manager in Maxi. They do not do ferry service from terminal to hotel. Hotel to villa & back is OK.Hotel to ferry terminal is also OK.
Reason he gave me is because this is the driver ricebowl they do not one break it. It will have alot of side effect.(eg creating problem to them).
I think for the next trip i will have to take Ojack or walk to Maxi.

Bullshit! Maxi business doing quite well. Thats why the management cocky! They are not willing to part some of their revenue to Jetty drivers. Even dialling local calls they also charged to ur bill!

U want free tpt, Kingstar Hotel provide. Just came back fm Balai. What the mgmt did was they would sent their man to engage a jetty van to fetch us to the hotel. The hotel would foot the tpt bill on our behalf. Even if u cheong alone, fret not cos the management would still sent their staff on their motor to wait to fetch u. Excellent services. But u must call and ask them to fetch u at the jetty. But the hotel quite old.

Delux RP105K

Suite RP120K

But like I said dont expect condition like Maxi ya. The cheapest rate u have in Maxi cant even beat the suite at Kingstar. Try take the suite. Then cheap. Two beds....with bath tub. One thing I like about this area is because alot of MP nearby. A local niteclub with live band near wiko too.....

3-4 hotels nearby. 5-10mins walk to Maxi, Gabion, Palapa.....

If u going Balai again, PM me. Will give u some tips...

Wa....... so cheap only $18 per day for a suite , with military police(MP) around the area as security .I would say this hotel is worth staying. If my friend did not bring a laptop there (for internet purpose at Maxi) i would recommand him to stay in Kingstar.

By the way, is it very far away from Sliver river chinese resturant ?
Usally how much u give the cewek for tip if u book her for 1 day or 2 day(They usually ask for 50K for villa cewek for i day booking which i think a bit too much) ?

I only remember the makan place known as something "silver..." just beside Rasa Sayang. If it isnt this one, then i have no idea wheres silver river rest.

Tips are subjective lor. But RP50k is the norm. I dont think its too much...provided shes not a problematic cewek. Last weekend the rate was RP6730. Now should be even better.

You should try his fried trottler(Pig leg) , salad prawn & tofu in hotplate. These r my favourite.
Last week i change RP6750 (good rate). For cewek - i prefer rokol than villa. they r more polite & have good manner. For villa cewek they more wild (like shake head) & they alway ask for more tip.Me budget cheongster not as rich as u. Haha..........
