Fully agree on this. Greatest danger is proportionate to the lateness. Once I arrived at my hotel near Check Point at 4am and within a short while, and before i could wake the hotel man, a filipino man came along and said he knew me from before. I avoided him and he almost grabbed my hand. Lucky the hotel man opened the door and I got in.
