Hey bro since it's within 72 hours and if you are worried then you can request for PEP i think which is some sort of medication that taken within 72 hours can lower risk of getting HIV but it has to be dutifully followed and the side effects seem kinda nasty. [If you do take PEP you won't be able to go for test as it is not accurate must wait till after treatment - the doctor should tell you this.]

But on the other end, here's some quotes from the expert doctors/ expert forum users who have been involved since the start of the AIDS epidemic so they are really experienced and their accounts are corroborated by one another [doctors from different forums]

Can I be certain that this happened? No but it it is likely. I suggest that you get an HIV testing 6-8 weeks. I am confident that it will be negative when you do, proving that you did not get HIV. In the meantime, try not to worry. You have little reason for concern. EWH "

There's really nothing much you can do symptoms are NOT an indicator of HIV or lack thereof. Although it is common for people with HIV to present symptoms, there are also some cases where they don't. There's nothing you can do now but wait till the 6th week mark and get tested (can go for those rapid HIV test).

But as long as the penile opening was covered, then it shouldn't matter even IF it wasn't covered, the average risks of unprotected vaginal sex averates 1 in 2000. So you can have sex once a day with a HIV infected woman for 5 years and expect to not get infected. (this is just an illustration though! Please don't do this stick to protected sex!!)
